The Ministry of Works has reported a marked increase in road improvement activity across Antigua during March, highlighted by the launch of a key phase of the long-anticipated All Saints Road project.

In its monthly recap, the Ministry described the period as one of "consistency and increased intensity," with upgrades progressing on community roads while work simultaneously advanced on major roadways.

The execution phase of the All Saints Road project is now formally underway, which officials characterised as a significant milestone in the government's broader infrastructure programme.

The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to sustaining the current pace of works across communities, even as refurbishment continues on the island's major arterial roads.

The Ministry also extended acknowledgement to Public Works teams, contractors, and partner agencies — including APUA and the Antigua and Barbuda Transport Board — as well as members of the public, for their cooperation and support throughout the ongoing programme of works.
