ABLP St. Peter candidate Rawdon Turner has officially opened the PARES Community Centre in Pares Village, positioning the project as a cornerstone of his commitment to youth development and community investment in the constituency.

According to Antigua News Room, Turner marked the unveiling with a social media post in which he described the centre as representing more than a physical structure. "This is about creating opportunities, hope, and a better path for the next generation," he wrote.

Referencing a moment captured at the opening event, Turner added, "That smile beside me—that's the future. That's the reason behind every long day, every tough decision, every step forward."

The newly opened PARES Community Centre is expected to serve local residents, with a particular emphasis on youth engagement and community programming.

Turner framed the project within a broader vision of long-term development for St. Peter, stating, "The true measure of leadership is not what we achieve for ourselves, but what we create for those who come after us."

He concluded by reaffirming his dedication to continued development efforts in the constituency. "For her. For every child like her. I will keep working," Turner said.
