According to Antigua Observer, Emily Mills, founder of How She Hustles, made the remarks during an appearance on Observer Media's Voice of the People programme. Mills acknowledged that video content across digital platforms plays an important role in modern marketing, but cautioned that it is not sufficient on its own.
