New Winthorpes Primary School are the 2026 Cool & Smooth/Joma Caribbean Primary School Boys' Cup champions, defeating Five Islands Primary School 3-1 in a commanding final.
The victory capped a successful campaign in the annual schools football competition, with the young players demonstrating skill, discipline and determination throughout the tournament.
The Ministry of Sport congratulated the champions, praising not only the players but also the coaches, teachers, parents and wider community whose support proved instrumental in the team's title run.
Five Islands Primary gave a strong account of themselves in the final, but New Winthorpes ultimately proved too strong, securing the trophy with a convincing three-goal margin.
