The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) has agreed to form a broad-based, high-level advisory team to guide negotiations with the United States, according to Antigua Observer. The decision was announced at the conclusion of the 78th OECS Authority meeting, where regional leaders reached consensus on the need for a unified approach to the sensitive diplomatic matter.
