The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda is investigating the sudden death of a 24-year-old man from Swetes, following a tragic discovery at his residence early Monday morning.
Officers attached to the All Saints Police Station responded to a report at the man's home after a family member found him suspended from a window by a restraint around his neck. The discovery was made sometime between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m., and the family member immediately alerted police.
The man was pronounced dead at approximately 7:45 a.m. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident remain ongoing.
The Police Administration extended its deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased and urged the public to afford the family the privacy, compassion, and respect they deserve during this difficult time.
