Electoral Commission – Voter Registration Claims and Objections (Seven Constituencies)

The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission has published notices under the Representation of the People Act, Cap. 379, informing the public that voter registration lists for persons who applied during April 1–30, 2026 have been posted in seven constituencies. Citizens may file claims or objections with their respective Registration Officers between June 4 and July 2, 2026, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The seven constituencies covered are St. John's City West, St. John's Rural North, St. Mary's South, All Saints East & St. Luke, St. George, St. Peter, and Barbuda.

Financial Services Regulatory Commission – Notice of Intention to Strike Off 28 International Business Corporations

Ref: International Business Corporations Act, Cap. 222, Sections 18A(8) and 335(2)(b)

The Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) has issued a notice of its intention to deregister 28 International Business Corporations (IBCs) from the Register of International Business Corporations for failing to submit required annual beneficial ownership and control attestations under the International Business Corporations Act, Cap. 222. Twenty-seven entities have a compliance deadline of 4:00 p.m. on August 25, 2026, while Sinovac Biotech Ltd. has a separate deadline of September 14, 2026. The affected companies span a range of industries including music, shipping, investments, and technology, and are managed by various corporate service providers.

Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc. has published notices for three lost insurance policies. Two policies (Nos. S05036683 and 078109473) belong to Anjanette Poujade-Wiltshire of Weatherills, St. John's, and one policy (No. S05047127) belongs to Huey Wiltshire of the same address. Unless objections are raised within one month, duplicate policies will be issued to the respective policyholders.
