Pursuant to Section 7 of the Corporate Management and Trust Service Providers Act, 2008, the Financial Services Regulatory Commission has announced that Eliega Corporate Services Ltd. has renewed its Class E (C&D) corporate management and trust service provider license for the year 2026. The company is located on the first floor of Unit #1, Newgate Street and Bank Alley, St. John's, Antigua, and is associated with Inna Volkova Oberdiek.

Nexo Bank Inc. has given formal notice of its intent to dissolve pursuant to Sections 295 and 327 of the International Business Corporation Act Cap. 222. The filing was made on May 7, 2026, with AIT Management Services (2001) Ltd. acting as the company's registered agent. This signals the beginning of the formal dissolution process for the company.

The reinstated companies include Accel Holding Company Ltd., Almacantar Enterprise Inc., Drevin Shipping Company Limited, Kingsclere Property Ltd., NC Coaster Shipping Company Limited, and Southlake Campus Inc. Reinstatements were facilitated by various corporate service providers.

Three policyholders — Andrea Aaron (Policy No. J781005957), Andre Jeremiah (Policy No. J781003469), and Shealdon Riley (Policy No. J781001663) — have each made sworn depositions that their life insurance policies, originally issued by Sagicor Life Inc. and assumed by Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc., have been lost. They have applied for duplicate policies, and the public is given one month from the respective notice dates to raise any objections before duplicates are issued.
